Booking, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

The registration fee is 10% of total cost for most group trips, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

Final settlement must be received no later than 21 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

When booking later than 30 days before departure, the full amount of the trip should be paid, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

Cancellation charges on group trips, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation:                                                                                                                                                   

  • More than 31 days before departure: registration deposit (10% of the total cost)
  • 30-15 days before departure: 50% of the travel price
  • 14-1 day before departure: 100% of the travel price

Some arrangements are non-refundable, for example, some airline tickets, event tickets, restaurant tickets etc.

Changes

For each change in the travel agreement made by the traveler, there is a charge that complies with  additional costs incurred by NW Production, of at least 250 SEK/25€ per change.

NW Production reserves the right to make changes caused by factors outside our control, e.g. by airlines and other tour operators. In addition, we must reserve us for errors in stated prices caused by data tables, inaccurate airline prices, currency fluctuations and the like.

TICKETS AND doCumentS

Flights and travel documents are available in good time before departure, usually 8-10 days before departure date.

Tickets and documents will not be sent until we have received full payment based on the confirmation.

If the absence of tickets is not noted 6 days before departure, NW Production is not responsible for any additional costs.

The traveler is required to check the travel documents as soon as they arrive. Any errors must be addressed immediately.

nAMES OF TRAVELERS

It is extremely important that the traveler’s name on airline tickets complies with the passport and is spelled correctly. Most airlines do not allow name changes or spelling changes. It is the responsibility of the traveler to check the spell in connection with the travel confirmation.
